Far-Infrared artworks of imagined exoplanet landscapes
The series ‘Paintings Unfit for Vision’, explores how infrared astronomy is revealing hidden planets in our galaxy. Discover exoplanet landscapes that are invisible to the naked eye but are revealed using thermal imaging cameras. A continuation of his practice that lives at the boundary of fine art and science communication. In May 2026 this series of work won a STFC funded Spark Public Engagement Award.
